The CIVA Lab
I advise and mentor students with a collaborative, lab-based model providing direct experience with all aspects of the research process. Our working group supports graduate students publishing their own work, both independently and with teams of co-authors.
Our Focus
The CIVA Lab fosters collaborative research between faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students who are broadly interested in the study of Cultural Institutions, Values, and Authority. We focus on a wide range of projects and methods using the tools of cultural sociology, social psychology, and political science.
The Culture of Climate Crisis Survey
